Quaid e Azam University Admission 2022: Quaid-i-Azam University (QAU) Islamabad has announced Fall admission in Undergraduate (Morning) and Post-graduate programs till 21 October 2022. The admissions announced in specific programs like BS Mathematics and M.Phil Mathematics in Fall semester 2022. Pakistanis and people from other countries can apply to get into the Undergraduate Program (Fall Semester 2022) in the following subjects until 2022. Quaid e Azam University Admission 2022:

A person who passed the HSSC (Intermediate) Part-I exam from a Pakistani Board of Intermediate & Secondary Education or an equivalent from any other recognized Board with at least (50%) marks or its equivalent grade is eligible for provisional admission to the BS programs of study, as long as:

  • The student will pay the fee or other dues online into the University Account within the time limit.
  • When paying any fees or dues online to the University Account, the student will have to pass the HSSC Exam (as a whole) with at least 50%. If he or she gets less than 50% on the HSSC, his or her admission will be canceled.
  • If the student fails the HSSC exam and the board says so, the fees and dues he or she paid will not be returned, except for refundable securities.
  • The student will submit his or her HSSC result card within the time limit to the appropriate Department/Institute/School/Centre/Admission Section. If the chosen student doesn’t turn in the required certificate, his or her admission will be canceled.
  • A candidate who is waiting for a result will have to submit an Undertaking, as stated in Sr#8 of the regulations on ineligibility.

How to Apply:

  1. The applicants can apply through the Quaid e Azam University website’s Online Application System. The candidates will print the application processing fee invoice/challan of the Habib Bank Ltd. @ Rs.2215/- OR Askari Bank Ltd. @ Rs.2200/- and deposit it in any branch of Habib Bank Ltd. OR Askari Bank Ltd. in favor of the Treasurer, Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad.
  2. If the Bank Challan/Invoice is not uploaded with the Online Application along with the other scanned required documents, the application will not be considered.
  3. The applicants must scan and attach the following documents to their Online Application so that the data can be checked and the merit can be decided.

Attested Photocopies of The Requisite Documents
Copy of SSC (Matriculation) Examination Marks Sheet or equivalent.
Copy of HSSC (Intermediate) Part-I/Part-II Marks Sheet or equivalent.
CNIC OR Form B in case of under 18 years of age.
CNIC of Father/Parents/Guardian.
Domicile Certificate of candidate OR of father/mother if the applicant is under 18 years of age and his/her name is included in it.
Character Certificate from the institution last attended.
Equivalence Certificate and conversion of the grades, into marks from Inter Board Committee of Chairman (IBCC) for Matriculation and Intermediate levels in case of qualifications OR certificate from foreign institutes.
Sports Certificates i.e. International/National/Provincial/District etc. level issued by the concerned Authorities (Only for applicants seeking admission against the Sports Quota)
Disability Certificate issued by the District Assessment Board etc. (for applicants of Disabled Reserved Seats) and the Certificate of Disability duly verified by the Principal Medical Officer (Medical Centre) of QAU.
Minority Certificate issued by the Principal of last attended Institute (for applicants of Minority Reserved Seats)
Army Personal Service Card OR Pension Book of Parent  (for applicants of Children of Army Personals)
A Fresh Letter of Registration from the Provincial/Regional Bar Council duly verified by the President concerned. (Only for the Children of Advocates on Reserved Seats in the BA LLB program only)
Original HBL/Askari Bank Deposit Slip/Proof of online payment of Rs.2200/- (For Admission Processing Charges & Admission Form of QAU)

Apply Online:

The University only accepts online applications for FALL Semester 2022 through this website, thus you must upload electronic versions of your documents. No printed documents/receipts are needed. If you miss the application deadline, you’ll be penalized Rs. 1000/.

After entering your information and uploading the needed documents, print the Application Processing Fee challan form. Please deposit the application fee via challan at Askari/HBL and upload the receipt. The admissions section will check your application/payment/documents and tell you if they’re complete. You’ll receive acceptance confirmation or rejection/incomplete application data.
